Mi Negocio Listo is a point-of-sale, inventory, and online catalog service for businesses. It is developed and operated by Tinguar (tinguar.com).

If you have a Mi Negocio Listo account, Tinguar is responsible for processing your account data and for operating the platform.

2. What information we collect

When you create an account: your name, email address, and the information needed to sign in (with Google or with email and password).

When you set up your business: business name, type of activity, business identification details, logo, and the look of your online store.

When you use the product day to day: products, prices, inventory, sales, cash movements, quotes, suppliers and, if you register them, your customers’ details (name, phone, email, ID or other document).

When someone visits your public catalog and leaves a request: they may send their name, document ID, phone, email, and a message so you can contact them.

We may also receive basic usage information automatically (such as device or browser type) so the service can run smoothly and more securely.

3. How we use your information

So you can sign in and use Mi Negocio Listo normally.

To store and show your business information: sales, inventory, customers, quotes, and your online catalog.

To help you if you contact us on WhatsApp or another channel.

To send, with the buyer’s consent and at the business’s request, a purchase link or receipt via Meta’s official WhatsApp API. In that case we use the phone number and message data only for that delivery.

To protect the platform, prevent misuse, and comply with the law when required.

We do not sell your information to third parties for advertising.

4. Your data and your customers’ data

Each business’s information stays separate. One business cannot see another’s sales, inventory, or customers.

If you record customer data or receive requests from your catalog, you are responsible for how you use that data and for informing your customers as required by law. We store it so you can run your business inside Mi Negocio Listo.

Your public catalog only shows what you choose to publish.

5. Who we share information with

We share data only when needed to provide the service: for example with Google if you sign in with a Google account; with Meta (WhatsApp) when a business sends a receipt to a buyer who opted in; and with providers that host the app, files (such as photos or logos), and system information.

We may also share information if a competent authority requires it by law, or to protect the safety of the service and people.

We do not sell your contact list or your business data.

6. How we look after your information

We use a secure connection (the lock in your browser) between your device and our services.

You can only see your business’s private information after signing in to your account.

Please keep your password safe and do not share account access with unauthorized people.

No online service is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to reduce risks.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

If you ask us to delete your account or certain data, we will do so to the extent the law and the service allow. In some cases we may keep backups for a limited time.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, or object to certain processing, under applicable law (including Ecuador’s rules where they apply).

We do not use this site for invasive third-party profiling ads.

10. Children

Mi Negocio Listo is intended for people and businesses able to enter into a contract. It is not directed at minors as account holders.
