1. The service

Mi Negocio Listo lets you manage sales, inventory, customers, quotes, suppliers, and an online store or catalog for your business, in the browser and, when available, on Android.

We may improve or adjust features over time. If a change materially affects the service, we will communicate it through the usual channels when reasonable.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and protect access to your account (email, password, or Google sign-in).

You are responsible for activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized use, contact us on WhatsApp at +593 99 860 2204.

You must have legal capacity to contract. The service is intended for businesses and adults.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Mi Negocio Listo to run your business lawfully.

You may not: attempt to breach security, access other businesses’ data, use the service for illegal activity, spam or deception, or abuse the platform’s capacity.

You also may not publish misleading, offensive, rights-infringing, or unlawful content in your storefront or catalog.

We may suspend or block accounts, businesses, or virtual storefronts that break these rules or put the service or other people at risk. While a business is suspended, its public catalog and system features may be unavailable.

If your business or storefront was suspended, contact the platform administrator for more information.

4. Your content and customers

You own the information you upload (products, sales, customers, images, storefront text, etc.).

You grant us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide the service.

If you process your customers’ data, you are responsible for doing so lawfully and informing them when required. Our Privacy policy ( /en/privacy/ ) explains how we handle information on the platform.

5. Public catalog

If you enable the public catalog or storefront, information you mark as visible may be seen by anyone with the link.

Requests received through that channel are not an automatic purchase: you decide how to reply and complete the sale.

6. Availability and limitations

We work to keep the service available and stable, but we cannot guarantee there will never be interruptions, errors, or maintenance.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses beyond what the law requires.

You are responsible for backing up critical business information when you consider it necessary.

7. Pricing and plans

Commercial terms (trials, plans, or payments) will be communicated clearly when they apply. If there is a charge, we will inform you before you commit.

8. Intellectual property

The Mi Negocio Listo brand, product design, and platform software belong to Tinguar or its licensors. You may use the service under these terms, but not copy or resell the platform.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version on this page.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may also stop offering the service or your access in case of serious breach or product wind-down, with notice when reasonable.

Unless the law provides otherwise, these terms are interpreted under the laws of Ecuador, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you may have.
